Webhook deliveries were delayed up to 4 minutes for 0.8% of endpoints for 22 minutes. Payments and settlement were unaffected; all events were delivered with correct idempotency keys. Root cause: queue saturation after a partner bank reconnect storm. Fix: per-endpoint sharding shipped Jul 2.

A FedNow maintenance window at two partner banks caused automatic failover to RTP® for 1h 40m. Buyers and merchants saw no errors; settlement stayed instant. No action was required.

Polygon anchoring nodes will be upgraded. Proof hashes will queue and anchor within 5 minutes instead of seconds during the window. Payments, receipts and verification remain fully available.
